Privacy Notice

1. Information we collect

When you request early access, we collect the information you provide through our Tally form, which may include:

• Your name
• Work email address
• Company or agency name
• What you would like Metrilya to help you with
• Your optional choice to receive marketing updates

Our website and form providers may also process technical information associated with website visits and form use, as described in their respective privacy policies.

Please do not submit passwords, customer records, confidential business information, financial records or sensitive personal information.

2. How we use your information

We use early-access information to:

• Review interest in Metrilya's private beta.
• Understand potential customer needs.
• Contact applicants about possible beta participation.
• Send occasional product news and marketing updates only where you have separately opted in.
• Respond to questions, privacy requests and deletion requests.

Submitting an early-access request does not guarantee an invitation, a launch date or particular pricing.

3. Marketing communications

Marketing consent is optional and does not affect your early-access request.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing [email protected].

Withdrawing marketing consent does not automatically cancel your early-access request unless you also ask us to remove it.

4. Service providers

Our marketing website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages.

Our early-access form is hosted by Tally, which processes and stores submitted responses on our behalf.

We use Cloudflare Email Routing to receive messages sent to our public contact address.

These providers may process information in accordance with their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or embedded analytics scripts in the marketing website's application code.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain early-access information only while reasonably needed to manage private-beta interest and related communications, subject to applicable legal obligations.

We intend to review early-access requests quarterly and aim to delete inactive requests after 12 months unless continued retention is justified.

In our current Tally configuration, submission deletion is managed manually rather than through automatic expiry.

You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will review and process valid requests, subject to applicable requirements and any information we must lawfully retain.

6. Your choices and requests

You can contact us to:

• Ask what early-access information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Withdraw optional marketing consent.
• Request deletion of your early-access submission.
• Ask questions about how your information is handled.

We may need to verify that a request relates to your information before acting on it.

7. International processing

Our service providers may process or store information outside your country. Where applicable, such processing is subject to relevant legal requirements and provider arrangements.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice as Metrilya develops. Any revised notice will be published on this page with an updated date.
